
William served as interim manager for all @NYCVotes socials from August 2018 to August 2019. During this time NYC Votes reached its goal of organically increasing followers across each platform: 72% increase on Twitter, 136% on Instagram, and steady growth of 18% on Facebook.
Driving this improvement were several factors: a concentrated effort to establish a brand voice, uplifting user-generated content, leaning into pop culture, and major time investments in community management.
In consultation with the agency’s Director of Public Relations and Web Content Manager, William contributed across all steps of content production by helping set the strategy for each campaign, manage it’s calendar, produce visual content (including the gif above), write and edit copy, execute each post, and analyze their performance to optimize the next.
